

	Mission		Legislation

	Ottawa Port District Board is governed by a 7-member Board and has the power and responsibility to stimulate and promote economic development by further developing and enhancing the areas railway system, river barge terminals, highway infrastructure and airport services for the shipment of cargo, and material and goods within the Ottawa Port District. The Ottawa Port District is a supporter for legislation to assist the attraction, maintenence and growth of businesses within the district.
